Pricing Structure
If you are not under contract with us or do not hold us on a retainer, our fees for this service range from £25 per hour to £75 per hour plus expenses depending on exactly which type of service is required. for example, to simply correspond with a third party over a simple complaint starts at £25 ph. Whereas dealing with a more personal dispute which may involve investegative research and interviews etc will be at the higher end of our sliding scale.
The good news is that our fees for these services are considerably less than solicitors would charge for similar services. We are not however litigators or legal advisers, and approach all issues with a common sense approach that is respected by all parties involved. Indeed, in many cases our business clients and third parties see us as an independant source of obtaining resolutions to their situations, and often fees are amicably split between them. This obviously would not be the case in an employment dispute.
FAQ's
How do you know which Service You Require?
This is a relativly simple matter. We will conference or meet with you for a fixed fee interview up to one hour, where we can assess your needs and establish how best to serve you, after which we will provide you with written details of our action plan, and estimate initial costs. When you engage our services, we will offset the fixed fee interview fee against the cost of the service provided to you. As a rule of thumb, we have found that most matters are usually dealt with in a consolidation of approximately 4 hours. Therefore, from the rate we quote you for your bespoke service, you will always have an idea of what it will cost you. You will also be kept up to date with proceedings, and any possible additional costs due to expenses and time.
